Stacie is a relational therapist who supports individuals in healing deep attachment wounds and long-standing patterns that can feel difficult to shift, even with insight. Many of the people she works with are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, or the lasting impact of relational trauma, and may feel caught in the intensity of day-to-day stressors while longing for something more grounded and authentic.
Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens within a safe, attuned relationship. She draws from Buddhist psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and polyvagal-informed practices to support both insight and nervous system regulation. Together, the work unfolds at a pace that honors each client’s system—recognizing that while progress can sometimes feel slow, meaningful change is happening beneath the surface.
Over time, this work supports clients in reconnecting with their true selves, cultivating a deeper sense of stability, self-trust, and compassion. Clients often find they feel more grounded in their values, more able to assert their needs, and more capable of responding to themselves with care. From this place, it becomes possible to move through life’s challenges with greater resilience, clarity, and a felt sense of being worthy of love, safety, and being truly seen.
